Terms

These terms cover the OFM-Brain website and, until a signed agreement replaces them, the service itself. OFM-Brain is operated by Zero Percent Models. Using the site means you accept them.

The site

This website describes OFM-Brain and lets you request access. Content is provided as is and may change as the product does. Do not scrape the waitlist endpoint, attempt to reach member areas you have not been given access to, or probe for vulnerabilities without asking first. Ask first and we will usually say yes.

The service

OFM-Brain is an invite-only, business-to-business knowledge tool. It is for use by adult businesses and their staff, and it is not intended for anyone under 18. Access is granted per agreement during onboarding, and where that agreement conflicts with these terms, that agreement wins. Requesting access creates no obligation on either side.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service to break the law, infringe someone else's rights, upload content you have no right to upload, or handle material involving anyone under 18. Do not resell or share your access outside the agency it was issued to. Do not attempt to extract another tenant's data or reverse-engineer the service. Accounts are issued to named people and are not to be shared.

Your content stays yours

The notes, documents and playbooks you put into OFM-Brain remain yours. You grant us only the permission needed to host, index and retrieve them so the product can answer your questions. We do not use your content to train models, and we do not share it across customers. On request, or when your account closes, we delete it. Everything else about the site and the software itself, including its design, code and branding, remains ours.

Answers are generated, so check them

OFM-Brain uses a large language model to synthesise answers from your own notes. It cites what it drew from, and it is built to say when your vault does not cover something rather than invent a number. It can still be wrong, incomplete or out of date. Answers are information, not professional, legal, financial or compliance advice. Check anything that matters against the cited source before you act on it, and keep a human in the loop for pricing, policy and platform-compliance decisions. You remain responsible for what you do with an answer.

Numbers on this site

Corpus statistics shown on this site, such as note counts, connections and domains, describe our own live vault at the time of writing and change as it grows. Nothing on this site is a promise of a particular result for your agency.

Availability

We do not promise the service will be uninterrupted. It depends on third-party hosting, database and model providers, and it may be unavailable during maintenance or because of a failure upstream. We have no service-level commitment unless one is written into your onboarding agreement.

Suspension and ending it

You can stop using the service at any time and ask us to close your account and delete your data. We may suspend or withdraw access if these terms are broken, if an account is being used in a way that puts other customers or the service at risk, or if we are legally required to. Where it is reasonable to do so, we will tell you first.

Liability

Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Beyond that, and because this is a business-to-business service, we are not liable for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data or indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability is capped at the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. The service is provided without warranties beyond those the law implies and does not permit us to exclude.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product changes. The date at the top moves when we do, and material changes affecting members will be emailed.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
